LA International is a multi-award winning Digital and Technology Resourcing and Solutions provider, and a European market leader in the provision of Technology, Business and Project/Programme Management services. With a current turnover in excess of £330m and an ambitious growth target to reach £500m by 2030, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to support that growth by leading brand development, digital marketing, sales enablement and growth initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external marketing within LA International, with a wide remit but a particular focus on driving commercial impact. They will work closely with the Executive Team to support the business’s ambitious growth targets, ensuring that marketing is not just a support function but a strategic enabler of sales, customer engagement, and brand positioning. There is a pathway to Head of Marketing and Marketing Director as the team increases in size. This role demands someone who understands the commercial realities of a fast-moving business, places a high value on work ethic and delivery, and is committed to making marketing a visible contributor to performance, pipeline, and long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • PR & Brand Awareness: The Marketing Manager will lead international PR relations and develop always-on content strategies for social media, primarily LinkedIn. They will also be responsible for overseeing the company website via CMS, ensuring SEO best practices are applied, and managing content creation including imagery, copy, and metadata. This work will enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement across key audiences.
  • Internal Communications & Initiatives: The Marketing Manager will maintain the company intranet, centralising resources, various artefacts and providing relevant updates. They will support internal campaigns for the Company that promote employee engagement and ensure consistent messaging across departments.
  • Sales Enablement: Sales enablement is a critical part of the role, involving the creation of content that supports sales conversations and customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will build and maintain a library of materials covering key topics and product/service information, including product/service brochures, case studies and testimonials, proposal templates etc. They will also support the development of sales sequences and provide guidance on reporting and performance tracking to improve conversion and retention.
  • Events: The role includes supporting internal events such as our Digital Horizons webinars and interviews. This involves coordinating logistics, editing video content, and promoting events to internal and external audiences. The Marketing Manager will also support, and track the ROI of, external exhibitions, ensuring all events align with the broader marketing and sales strategy.
  • Growth Marketing: Growth marketing will be a major focus, with responsibilities including lead generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and supporting bid capture planning. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement inbound marketing strategies, optimise campaigns across digital channels, and refine ABM tactics to improve engagement and return on investment.
  • Analytics and Reporting: They will track performance metrics across channels and campaigns, use data insights to inform strategy, and present regular updates to senior leadership on marketing impact and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is essential. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role. Strong track record in executing integrated marketing strategies, including SEO, inbound marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Experienced in planning and delivering events, webinars, and exhibitions, with capabilities in video editing and promotional execution. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored for target audiences.
