12 Month contract initially + Extensions. Based: Onsite in Wokingham or Warwick. Rate - £Market Rates p/d via Umbrella.

This role is instrumental in shaping modern employee experience platforms by driving adoption and optimization of Microsoft Viva modules—particularly Viva Engage (Communities) and Viva Amplify (Communications). It focuses on enhancing organizational connection, knowledge sharing, and internal communications across distributed and hybrid workforces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Microsoft 365 platform for successful deployment of Viva Communications and Communities products across the ecosystem.
  • Translate business needs into technical proposals and M365 configuration.
  • Develop, represent at governance forums and execute technical implementation plans.
  • Adhere to governance controls including enterprise security controls.
  • Monitor platform performance usage and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve and report back to leadership.
  • Stay aligned to Microsoft roadmap and delivering new features.
  • Log, drive and chase Microsoft Support Tickets.

  • Viva Connections Dashboard: develop using prebuilt workloads and Adaptive Cards (including configuration of Static and Dynamic content via JSON and Graph API)
  • Feed: Deep understanding of SharePoint News
