GUI Software Engineer in London

GUI Software Engineer – 6 Month contract initially, based in a hybrid arrangement with 3 days onsite in Romsey. Rate: £Market rates p/d (via Umbrella company).

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient real‐time systems.

Understand and apply new and emerging technologies.

Work on our Electronic Warfare suite of software, developing new features for diverse projects spanning a range of domains including Array Processing, Communications and Sensors.

Key Skills & Experience

Expertise in C# for User Interface development and associated services.

Expertise in C++ for services and DSP.

Experience of unit and system testing.

Experience of modern DevOps practices, including version control and continuous integration.

Additional Desired Skills (not essential)

UI for scientific / technical applications.

WPF for User Interfaces.

SQL databases.

Modern communications, e.g. REST / WebSockets.

Knowledge of latest Software Defined Radio (SDR) platforms.
