We are in need of an experienced Programme Manager to deliver a Genesys Contact Centre. The role will start as soon as possible for 6 to 12 months. Underlying experience must be Contact Centre related – 10 to 12 years minimum. Someone who knows and has led the delivery of the Genesys CaaS solution in the recent past, ideally someone who has done so in a telco organisation.
Location: no preference as likely to need to spend time in London and other hubs, so a fair bit of travel is needed.
