Key Responsibilities
- Candidate must have 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience to support the End User Services.
- Should be customer centric and understand the Service Desk (SD) support function; experience in SD support is preferred.
- Hands‑on experience in technologies like Teams, Active Directory, Azure/Intune.
- Profiling / building laptops Windows 10/11.
- Proficient in written and verbal English to provide IT services.
- Ready to provide support over phone calls and deskside support, as needed.
- Experience using the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
- Resolve incidents and service‑request tickets associated with EUC equipment, EUC software, IT applications; provide break/fix support, advice, and assistance to users.
- Provide equipment and hardware support including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, direct‑attached printers, local printers, scanners, and wireless networking.
- Support mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) using Mobile Device Management.
- Leverage Customer's EUC Mobile Device Management tools to enable secure and remote support and operations, laptop imaging, profiling.
- Have VIP support experience.
