Key Responsibilities
- Manage configuration management operations such as incidents, service requests, and change requests.
- Monitor data quality and remediate flagged issues.
- Support and design control and governance processes, including group and user role approvals.
- Manage data governance of ServiceNow.
- Daily/weekly connect with the Customer to understand the customer ask clearly.
Key Skills & Experience
- 6‑8 years of relevant work experience.
- ServiceNow admin level experience.
- Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Understanding of configuration items (CIs).
- Technical flow of ServiceNow.
- Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
- Basic understanding of PL/SQL.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in banking preferred – not mandatory.
