Contract initial short-term engagement, with potential extension to 6 months+. Location remote-first; occasional travel to site (approx. 1 day per week). Clearance active SC required. Sector open to all government backgrounds (Defence not essential).
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to support the design, documentation, and implementation of a new delivery framework and its associated governance model. This role will play a key part in shaping how our teams deliver offerings, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across the organisation. This is an opportunity to join at a formative stage, help define the delivery approach, and drive best-practice ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Assess existing delivery practices and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
- Design and document a clear, scalable delivery framework suitable for multiple offerings and teams.
- Establish governance structures and processes to support effective delivery oversight.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles, helping embed new ways of working.
Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take up to a minimum of 10 weeks.
