The role focuses on shaping the Mobile RAN strategy, performing KPI design, and conducting advanced 4G/5G investigations to optimize performance.
The incumbent will analyse logs, drive test data, and protocol traces, work with Ericsson and Nokia equipment, and ensure high-availability network operations under inside IR35
