The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Our client is looking for a Level 3/Level 4 Support Consultant to work on an initial 6-12 month contract. This would be working on a hybrid basis in Central London with occasional travel to Warsaw required. Due to the nature of the role, an active DV clearance would be needed.

Responsibilities

  • Proven background in Level 3/4 support, escalation engineering, or senior infrastructure consultancy.
  • Experience with enterprise storage, distributed systems, and large scale data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Linux environments (administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning).
  • Hands on experience with Dell hardware, including server, storage, and networking components.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data, storage, performance, and hardware/software interactions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in senior-level technical discussions and workshops.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

Desirable Experience

  • Hands on work with NVIDIA GPU platforms, CUDA environments, or accelerated AI infrastructure.
  • Experience with Palantir (Foundry, Gotham, or related systems).
  • Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and the operational deployment of Small Language Models (SLMs) for mission critical, real-time decision-making.
  • Experience in secure, mission critical, or government/defence environments.
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture, object storage, and next-generation storage platforms.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum of 18 weeks.
