Responsibilities:
- Package and deploy software solutions using automation and scripting.
- Own delivery of work packages from design, prototyping, and testing through to production.
- Develop repeatable unit tests covering expected and unexpected outcomes.
- Provide early life support and ongoing updates based on user requirements.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for support and users.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complex technical problems.
- Work collaboratively within an agile team environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.
- Advanced Windows systems administration within enterprise environments.
- Experience delivering configuration changes using GPO, registry, filesystem, and WMI.
- Knowledge of Windows update, patching, and installer mechanisms.
- Experience working within secure or high assurance environments.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting capability.
Desirable Experience:
- Agile delivery experience.
- Active Directory, PKI, VMware virtualization, and Windows Server.
- Experience creating gold builds and system hardening.
- Exposure to Ansible, Terraform, and automation tooling.
- Automated testing using frameworks such as Robot.
Additional Information:
- Site based role along the M4 corridor, 5 days per week.
- DV clearance and UK nationality required.
