Responsibilities
- Join the team during the build phase and support system build and integration to EC, testing and test scripting, UAT remediation, and parallel Payroll processing prior to cutover and early life support.
- Work in a multi‑supplier environment to deliver projects on time.
- Configure SAP ECP solutions according to industry best practices.
- Provide delivery estimates and impact assessments for tasks.
- Support and liaise closely with functional teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and meet delivery obligations.
- Maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all business levels.
- Mentor and support team development.
- Prepare quality documentation artefacts such as Solution Documents, Functional Specifications, WRICEFs, etc.
Qualifications
- Experienced SAP Payroll consultant with multiple project lifecycles and/or live support experience, preferably within the public sector.
- Team player with strong functional HCM knowledge (Payroll, Personnel Administration, Country Legal Changes) and broader technical awareness (ABAP, BASIS, Security, Integration, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills, able to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Innovative and open‑minded, passionate about change and dynamic teamwork delivering first‑class service.
- UK and/or KSA payroll experience in current project, with good knowledge of end‑to‑end payroll processing and year‑end processing.
- Expertise in writing payroll PCR SCHEMA.
- Good knowledge of interfaces to third‑party vendors.
- Additional country payroll experience is an advantage.
- Very good written and verbal communication skills.
