Requirements
- We need 2 partners to work with whom will to get involved in help designing a PMO service - Standing up this service and managing all the compliance, scheduling of work, risks etc.
- We need 2 SCIDA Project Managers who will coordinate this service.
Role
- Allocate work to the wider eco-system based on existing site relationships.
- Balance of effort/value as determined by Vodafone.
- Provide project management interface layer between Partner and the on-site teams.
- Ensure on-site teams adhere to all applicable standards (e.g. technical / H&S / CDM / Security).
- Agree document format and standard with the partner and the Authority.
- Ensure all design documentation is completed to the required standards in a timely fashion.
- Provide daily / weekly / monthly / ad-hoc reporting to the partner as agreed.
- Manage all MoD data in accordance with the Security Aspects Letter (SAL).
- Promote social value schemes as agreed (e.g. employment for veterans and carbon reduction).

- Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
- Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take a minimum of 10 weeks.
