Overview

Deskside support engineer to work onsite for a client in London. Role based in London and requires on-site presence. This role is Inside IR35.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desk-side IT support with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Assist with on-the-day configuration for users, following documented steps due to complexities in judicial device setup.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with users, including judges, in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Qualifications

  • Experience on Windows 11 and key Office applications (e.g. Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Experience in desk-side IT support or similar roles with strong customer service focus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage diplomatically with judges.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and travel requirements.
