Key Responsibilities: Lead data migration activities from planning through execution and post-migration validation. Analyse source systems and define data mapping, transformation, and migration rules. Design and develop scalable data migration solutions for large and complex datasets. Build and optimize Dataflows for data ingestion, transformation, and loading into Dataverse. Perform data quality assessments, cleansing, deduplication, and validation activities. Execute trial migrations, reconcile migrated data, and resolve data inconsistencies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure successful migration outcomes. Develop migration documentation, mapping specifications, reconciliation reports, and operational runbooks. Identify migration risks, performance bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies. Key Skills
