We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major technology and cyber transformation portfolio within a highly regulated organisation.
This role will lead several strategic programmes focused on secure infrastructure modernisation, cyber resilience, cryptographic transformation, and security tooling enhancement. You will take ownership of established programmes currently in delivery and drive them through to successful completion, working closely with senior business, technology, security and operational stakeholders.
This is a high-profile role requiring excellent stakeholder management, governance and delivery expertise, alongside the ability to navigate complex technical environments and competing priorities.

Essential Experience
- Proven track record delivering complex technology, infrastructure or cyber security programmes.
- Experience managing multi-workstream projects involving technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience operating within highly regulated or security-conscious environments.
- Strong governance, planning, RAID management and reporting expertise.
- Ability to drive delivery in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Cyber security transformation programmes.
Desirable Experience
- Security tooling implementation or modernisation.
- Identity and access management initiatives.
- Cryptography, PKI or certificate management programmes.
- Secure infrastructure transformation.
- Critical Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Defence, Government or other regulated sectors.
- Knowledge of Secure by Design principles.
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST or equivalent standards.
