Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, manage, and advise on end‑to‑end testing and QA processes across a modern Data Lakehouse architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the quality, integrity, security, and reliability of data pipelines and products.
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies and best practices.
  • Analyse business requirements and create usable test scripts.
  • Produce QA artefacts such as roadmaps, strategies, plans, and daily progress reports.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of the full data management and testing life cycle.
  • Understanding of Data Lakehouse architectures.
  • Experience in QA processes.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience creating manual and automated regression suites.
  • Familiarity with data quality frameworks.
  • Basic knowledge of building a test framework from scratch.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross‑collaboration.
  • Client‑facing ability; competent navigating senior stakeholders.

Security Clearance

Candidates who previously held high‑level security clearance are preferred. Successful applicants must be security cleared prior to appointment, which may take a minimum of 18 weeks.
