Business/Functional Analysis (Senior) 6 month contract initially. Location: Hybrid - maximum of 2-3 days per week onsite in London. Rate: £Market rates per day via Umbrella.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage configuration management operations such as incidents, service requests, and change requests.
  • Monitor data quality and remediate flagged issues.
  • Support and design control and governance processes, including group and user role approvals.
  • Manage data governance of ServiceNow.
  • Daily/weekly connect with the Customer to understand the customer ask clearly.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 6‑8 years of relevant work experience.
  • ServiceNow admin level experience.
  • Understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Understanding of configuration items (CIs).
  • Technical flow of ServiceNow.
  • Good understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
  • Basic understanding of PL/SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in banking preferred – not mandatory.
