Brief overview on the role/project:
We are looking for a scrum master to enable the delivery of the offerings portfolio. Facilitating the delivery of the portfolio. Scheduling, running, documenting the Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives etc. Creating “Definition of Done” and measuring deliveries against this. Backlog management, prioritisation. Measuring agile metrics such as Velocity, burn-down, cycle time, predictability.
Mandatory skills:
- Experience as a scrum master - ideally in a product management context.
- Scrum framework expertise.
- Scrum Ceremonies Facilitation: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Reviews, Retrospectives.
- Backlog Management Support: Working closely with Product Owner to refine and prioritise backlog.
- Creation and management of Definition of Done & Acceptance Criteria: Ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
- Coaching & Team Enablement.
- Agile Mindset coaching.
- Conflict resolution and management and removal of blockers.
- Continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimisation.
- Servant Leadership, empowering teams rather than directing them.
