PMO Exit Specialist

We are looking for an experienced PMO Exit Specialist to support a large-scale programme, taking ownership of exit planning, governance and delivery through to successful closure.

You will coordinate internal teams, clients and suppliers, ensuring exit activities are delivered effectively while protecting business continuity, commercial outcomes and stakeholder relationships.

Key experience

  • Proven experience in PMO exit, programme exit, service transition or programme closure.
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-scale programmes and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risks, dependencies, reporting and contractual obligations.
  • Confident engaging with senior client and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with supplier transitions, knowledge transfer, documentation and handover.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage issues and risks in high-pressure environments.
  • Defence / National Security experience

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
