Details
- Rate: Inside IR35
- Location: 2 days a week onsite in Northampton
- Duration: 6 months initially
Experience
- 12-15 years in AI/ML engineering, enterprise software, or cloud architecture.
- 1-2 years hands-on with LLMs and agentic systems (LangGraph, DSPy, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel).
- 3-5 years in AI/ML workflows (traditional ML, data engineering, orchestration).
- 5-7 years in cloud-native AI solutions (AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Vertex AI with Gemini, GCP Pub/Sub).
- Track record of designing enterprise-scale architectures with security, compliance, and observability.

- Agentic Systems: Design of A2A communication patterns, ANP (Agent Network Protocols), and MCP integration.
- LLMs: Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluation frameworks.
