Our client is looking for a Workday Technical Architect to work along with a Workday Platform team and define solutions to accomplish the Platform mission, vision and roadmap. This role will be working two days a week onsite in the office in Luton and the rest of the days remotely, on a six-month initial contract, working inside IR35.
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, and Learning
- Experience developing Workday reporting and analytics
- Experience in designing integrations to/from Workday to different third-party systems
- Must have TA experience in the HR domain and a strong Workday background
- Must have a proven track record for architecting Workday solutions
- Must be able to quickly and independently gain control and run solution design within the Platform Organisation
- Must have demonstrated leadership skills in previous engagements
- Must understand Architecture Review Board and Technical Design Assurance process and has delivered Solution Blueprints and design artefacts
