We are currently looking for an SC cleared Logistics Co-ordinator. They will be providing timely support for Joiners, leavers & break-fix swap out requests, as well as supporting general warehouse activity.
The day-to-day tasks they will be supporting are as follows:
- Manage service tickets within customer supplied ITSM - adhering to SLA's throughout
- Update customer systems manually to ensure both platforms are aligned
- Process joiners, leavers and break-fix requests in a timely manner for next business day delivery
- Move items in/out of stock, updating CMDB at all times
- Trigger Autopilot pre-provisioning process on each device prior to shipment
- Schedule deliveries/collections with end customer
- Update tickets with tracking info, asset info, updates
- Clean & grade devices coming back into the warehouse
- Manage any warranty claims with Microsoft including logging and tracking calls
- Feed progress, issues and SLA performance into SDM for weekly review with customer
- Support warehouse team with configuration of customer refresh devices
- Help warehouse team with general requirements in quiet periods
