1 Day per week onsite in Gloucester or Warrington.
Responsibilities
- Lead Windows 10/11 OS imaging, feature updates, and in place upgrades (IPU) following WaaS best practices.
- Manage end to end WaaS life cycle, including OS upgrades, monthly patching, and compliance via SCCM/Configuration Manager.
- Perform application and OS compatibility testing, remediation, and packaging for Windows 11 readiness.
- Execute and review test scripts, analyse results, and support issue resolution across teams.
- Create and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) for Windows 11 configurations and security baselines.
- Install, configure, and support software deployments across the device estate.
- Provide health monitoring, reporting, and assurance of the endpoint environment.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery cycles.
Experience
- Must Have: Experienced in OS imaging.
- Good To Have: Administering Microsoft SCCM and Cloud Services (70-703); Deploy using on-premises based tools (MD-101).
