ServiceNow Lead We are looking for a ServiceNow Lead who can start in the next few weeks. You will lead the design and delivery of an Intelligent Field Autonomous Service Operations programme. The role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and Field Service Management, with a strong track record of delivering complex event-driven automation and field operations solutions. Experience required: * 10+ years of Service Management and Enterprise Platform experience. * 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Architect. * Proven delivery experience in: o ServiceNow ITOM o Event Management o Event-to-Incident Automation o ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) o Dynamic Scheduling o ITSM Processes The role is for 6 months initially inside IR35 and requires two days in Central London each week.
