Service Designer
6 Month contract initially + Extensions
Based: Hybrid working
Rate - £Excellent Market rates p/d via Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced and influential Service Designer to join our User-Centred Design (UCD) team.
You will provide service design across complex government services, helping multidisciplinary teams understand and improve how services work for citizens, businesses and government colleagues.
You will work across organisational and departmental boundaries, bringing together user needs, policy intent, operational requirements, technology and organisational constraints to design services that are inclusive, accessible and effective.
Key Skills & Experience:

• Good experience in Automation or AI
• GDS experience
