Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Shared Services.
- Hands-on experience with major HRIS and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, Lean IX, or Bizz Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience in business process optimisation, automation, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.
- Preferred Skills
- TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe certification for enterprise architecture.
- Experience with artificial intelligence and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance in enterprise applications.
