SC Service Level Reporting Manager * Clearance: SC * Location: Salisbury * Start: ASAP * Duration: initially running for 6 months (extensions are expected) * IR35: Inside * Rate: £negotiable Role: * Develop and Maintain Service Catalogue: Create, update, and manage the IT service catalogue, ensuring all services are accurately described and categorised. * Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT service owners, business units, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the catalogue meets their needs. * Service Documentation: Ensure all service descriptions, SLAs, and related documentation are complete, accurate, and up to date. * Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and improve the service catalogue to enhance usability and relevance. * Training and Support: Provide training and support to users of the service catalogue, ensuring they understand how to access and utilise the information. * Reporting and Metrics: Develop and maintain metrics to measure the effectiveness and usage of the service catalogue. Skills and Experience: * Experience with service catalogue management tools. * Strong understanding of ITIL framework and service management principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. * Strong organisational and project management skills. * Proficiency in IT service management tools and software.
