Key Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Integrations: Lead the design of complex enterprise integration patterns between Salesforce and external Legacy systems/ERPs.
- Governance Best Practices: Enforce code quality, declarative vs. programmatic boundaries, and robust CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the technical authority, translating complex technical concepts for senior business stakeholders and guiding the development team.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect on large-scale enterprise deliveries.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP), and data migration strategies.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and governance.
- Explicit experience operating under Outside IR35 guidelines, delivering defined outcomes independently.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application/System Architect, Certified Technical Architect is a plus).
- Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
- Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take a minimum of 10 weeks.
