Job Description
Our client requires an experience SAP S4 Transition Lead to support with a major SAP transformation portfolio delivering major upgrades and changes.
START: ASAP
CLEARANCE: SC CLEARANCE
LOCATION: HYBRID β 2 DAYS ON-SITE (SITE NEAR TO CHESTER)
IR35: OUTSIDE IR35
RATE: FLEXIBLE
Experience required:
* Proven SAP experience to senior level
* Proven S4 and technical stack support understanding in complex environment.
* Proven experience of translating business requirements into practical implementation projects/processes using internal and third-party service providers
* Proven experience of programme and project delivery including providing programme assurance and governance (planning, monitoring, and controlling programmes).
* The ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the business, Leadership, and project teams.
* A design thinker able to visualise outcomes, with the ability to narrate and influence others to visualise aligned outcomes.
* Experience in dealing with a regulated environment.
* Experience of working in multi-vendor outsourced environments.
* The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
* Experience in driving positive outcomes in eNPS scores internally with IT and across wider business.
* Experience of senior client stakeholder relationship building.
* Able to set strategic direction, technical scope and to build/lead teams of technical individuals and govern their technical deliverables.
* Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
* Collaboratively dealing with people at all levels within and outside of the organisation to ensure outcomes are achieved
Specific knowhow and technical skills:
* Strategic vision of how an S4 environment technical stack should be supported
* Operation efficiency targeted to ensure the vision and goals are achieved.
* Digital enablement to ensure best practice and operational gains are achieved through technology, data, and security standards.
* Project leadership holding plans, timescales, and budgets to account.
* Deep understanding of architectural and technical SAP solutions
* High-level of understanding of Non-Functional Requirements and clarity in the mitigation of their impact on SAP solutions.
* Issue management, prioritisation and ability to provide pragmatic direction setting which is consistent with Urenco's longer-term strategy.
* Demonstrate subject matter expertise in own area, can apply it effectively and able to apply logic across the board.
* Demonstrate knowledge of how to integrate 3rd party products into complex IT estates, manage interdependencies between products and lead end-to-end delivery in potentially multi-supplier engagements
