Our client requires an experienced PMO Analyst to join an ongoing service for a key client.

START: ASAP

IR35: OUTSIDE IR35

LOCATION: HYBRID - 2 DAYS PER WEEK ON-SITE IN EITHER CHESTER OR LONDON

CLEARANCE: SC

Working in the client IT function, you will be supporting the Project Management Office in tracking, reporting, assurance, quality control, information management, financial tracking, RAID and change control. The role's main function is to work with the Portfolio Managers to help and support Project Managers and other members of the team navigate through our internal governance processes as well as satisfying the wider Project Group needs.

The role requires management of stakeholders and the Stage Gate review process, ensuring the readiness of projects and programmes to move through the governance process in the handover to Service. You will also be required to inform new I&T team members of our processes and standards as part of the onboarding process.

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high-level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take up to a minimum of 10 weeks.
