Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Mainframe to join our Major Incident Management (MIM) Command Center at a leading UK bank. This role is critical to ensuring effective incident management and minimizing service disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage major incidents from identification through resolution.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely updates are provided to all relevant parties.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience in Major Incident Management.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
