Role Overview The Hardware Asset Management Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise Hardware Asset Management strategy, operating model, architecture, processes, and tooling.

The role ensures the effective management of physical technology assets throughout their life cycle, from procurement and deployment through to retirement and disposal.

The HAM Architect provides strategic leadership for asset governance, inventory management, financial optimisation, CMDB alignment, life cycle management, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance.

The role works closely with procurement, finance, enterprise architecture, service management, security, workplace services, datacentre teams, and technology suppliers.
