Cloud Technical Lead - VCF Responsibilities Lead technical activities across cloud infrastructure and support services.
Respond to complex escalations from 2nd Line support teams.
Monitor systems using event management tooling and resolve technical incidents.
Deliver planned infrastructure changes through established change management processes.
Carry out readiness assessments for new services entering production.
