Qualifications
- An industry accreditation such as MSITP/MCSE/MCSA
- Degree or equivalent qualification from a technology discipline
- Experience with implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud infrastructure
- Experience with virtualisation technologies and platforms such as VMware and VXrail
- Experience working within an ITIL Framework
- Skills relevant to managing cloud workloads and underlying technologies
- Ability to understand and contribute to business strategy and develop and implement architecture models
- Knowledge of network topologies relating to WAN/LAN including TCP/IP and Ethernet
- Ability to function within a team and also undertake tasks and responsibilities unsupervised
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, including security and distribution groups, sites & services, organisational units and group policy
- Knowledge of server architectures including Microsoft Server, DNS, DHCP, RAID and NFS
- Ability to identify and share best practice and/or resources
