Key Responsibilities:
- Third party application development and support
- Experience of working in software application development/support role in fast paced client facing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to convey technical solutions in a visual manner.
- Strong analysis skills, to quickly identify and resolve client incidents.
- Customer focused to support incidents and ensure that they are actioned in a timely manner.
- Quality driven approach to deliver highest standard reconciliations at pace.
Team working:
- Ability to collaborate closely with clients and analysts to establish requirements and form them into viable outline and detailed designs.
- Participating in client meetings and workshops.
- Designing solutions or sub-sets of solutions at a complex level scale, with experience of the following:
- Visio
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Excel
- Documenting and building solutions from high-level specifications or requirements.
