We have a new requirement for a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer to work for a client of ours based in Preston. All work will be completed on-site and active SC is required. This contract role has been determined as falling Inside IR35. Skills required: * Proven experience within a Third Line Support role * Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM). * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix. * Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models. * Operations - VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti * Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt). * Analytics, specifically Systrack/Nexthink (Non Essential - training provided). * Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 Win11 To be considered for this role please submit an up-to-date CV.
