Garde-fou: 38 heures/semaine (25 jours de congés annuels + 18 RTT). Lieu de travail partagé entre le Commissariat de Meaux (50%) et BSPP (50%).

Mission principale: rattaché au chargé de mission « aide aux victimes », au sein du Pôle Aide aux Victimes du Bureau Sécurité Prévention et Proximité (BSPP), participer à la mise en œuvre de la politique locale d’aide aux victimes définie dans le cadre du Contrat Local de Sécurité et Prévention de la Délinquance et des actions qui en découlent.

Intervention sociale au commissariat de Meaux:

  • accueil, écoute, information et orientation du public repéré par les forces de l’ordre;
  • évaluation des situations;
  • repérage précoce des situations à risque et des personnes vulnérables;
  • réalisation d’une primo-évaluation;
  • sollicitation des acteurs du territoire;
  • collaboration avec les partenaires médico-sociaux;
  • suivi des publics;
  • réalisation d’un bilan d’activités destiné au recueil statistique.

Coordination de parcours:

  • évaluation des besoins sociaux des victimes;
  • recherche de solutions globales et veille à leur mise en œuvre;
  • facilitation des relations interinstitutionnelles entre le commissariat et la sphère socio-médico-judiciaire;
  • veille sociale sur les dispositifs d’insertion;
  • participation aux instances internes et partenariales (CVP, CAEO, etc.);
  • actions de prévention des risques psychosociaux et sensibilisation des professionnels;
  • soutien des actions du BSPP.

Autres activités: toutes autres activités nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service.

Compétences et profil recherché:

  • Idéalement titulaire du diplôme d’assistant de service social;
  • maîtrise de l’accueil du public, de l’éthique du travail social, des acteurs du territoire et de leurs dispositifs en matière de sécurité et de prévention de la délinquance;
  • connaissance des bases de la médiation et des outils bureautiques;
  • capacité d’adaptation, sens de l’organisation, esprit d’équipe, initiative, capacité à hiérarchiser les priorités et à rendre compte;
  • bonne capacité d’adaptation et de gestion de la diversité culturelle;
  • qualités relationnelles solides, écoute et dialogue;
  • pédagogie, réactivité, discrétion, diplomatie, disponibilité et autonomie.
