Au sein de l'Agence routière départementale (ARD) de Meaux, et plus spécifiquement au sein du service administratif et financier, vous avez pour mission d'assurer la gestion et le suivi financier des services de l'ARD. Suivi des budgets, crédits de fonctionnement, investissement (en lien avec les différents services de l'ARD).
La Direction générale adjointe de l'Environnement, des Déplacements et de l'Aménagement du Territoire (DGAA) porte l'ensemble des missions du Département concourant à l'aménagement de son territoire. Elle pilote un pourcentage du budget d'investissement de la collectivité. Elle est composée de 5 directions et supervise des projets et services variés liés au territoire et aux mobilités. La Direction des Routes assure l'aménagement, la gestion, l'exploitation et l'entretien du réseau routier départemental et participe au développement de services publics et de mobilités nouvelles.
Intégré au sein de l'ARD, vous participez aux activités mutualisables des autres services et apportez votre contribution à la gestion financière du service.
Responsibilities
- Création et tenue des tableaux de suivi budgétaires (investissement et fonctionnement, + espace collaboratif WSS)
- Demandes d'AP au SCGM
- Engagements juridiques et comptables, liquidations
- Suivi administratif et comptable des marchés (marchés à bons de commandes, spécifiques, MAPA)
- Participation à l'élaboration des pièces administratives des marchés
- Relations comptables avec les services des Finances et la Paierie
- Archivage des dossiers comptables et financiers
- Participation aux activités mutualisables des autres services de l'ARD
Qualifications
Vous disposez d'une formation Bac/Bac+2 en comptabilité/gestion financière. Vous êtes autonome avec un bon sens du relationnel. Vous êtes organisé et rigoureux, avec le sens des priorités et du travail en équipe.
