Le Département de Seine‑et‑Marne recrute un cadre transversal (cadre volant MDS) expert sur la protection de l’enfance. Ce poste est ouvert aux titulaires d’un lions d’État de niveau 6/7 dans le domaine social, avec expérience en protection de l’enfance. Un permis de conduire est requis.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer une fonction d’encadrement technique sur les binĂ´mes d’évaluation des informations prĂ©occupantes et de la politique de protection de l’enfance.
  • Contribuer Ă  l’animation des instances techniques internes (CAEO, CAEO PMV, point enfance, synthèse ASE, PPE, commission d’aides financières).
  • Assurer l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants Ă  la M Zenith, expert sur la protection de l’enfance et l’utilisation des logiciels (Multigest, Sigma…).
  • ReprĂ©senter les partenaires sur dĂ©lĂ©gation du directeur MDS.
  • Assurer l’encadrement hiĂ©rarchique des travailleurs sociaux (recrutement, Ă©valuation, formation, congĂ©s et absences).
  • Participer Ă  la rĂ©flexion thĂ©matique interne et Ă  la mise en Ĺ“uvre d’actions collectives.
  • Contribuer Ă  dĂ©samorcer les tensions avec les usagers dans le cadre de l’accueil du public.
  • ConnaĂ®tre les politiques d’action sociale du dĂ©partement et les prestations de la MDS.
  • ConnaĂ®tre la lĂ©gislation relevant de son domaine d’intervention.
  • MaĂ®triser les techniques de management (animation, nĂ©gociation, dĂ©lĂ©gation).
  • GĂ©rer les Ă©chĂ©ances de l’activitĂ© d’évaluation des informations prĂ©occupantes.
  • Garantir la qualitĂ© des interventions et la transversalitĂ© au sein de la MDS.
  • DĂ©velopper les relations avec les partenaires et savoir se positionner.
