Le Département de Seine‑et‑Marne recrute un cadre transversal (cadre volant MDS) expert sur la protection de l’enfance. Ce poste est ouvert aux titulaires d’un lions d’État de niveau 6/7 dans le domaine social, avec expérience en protection de l’enfance. Un permis de conduire est requis.
Responsabilités
- Assurer une fonction d’encadrement technique sur les binômes d’évaluation des informations préoccupantes et de la politique de protection de l’enfance.
- Contribuer à l’animation des instances techniques internes (CAEO, CAEO PMV, point enfance, synthèse ASE, PPE, commission d’aides financières).
- Assurer l’accueil des nouveaux arrivants à la M Zenith, expert sur la protection de l’enfance et l’utilisation des logiciels (Multigest, Sigma…).
- Représenter les partenaires sur délégation du directeur MDS.
- Assurer l’encadrement hiérarchique des travailleurs sociaux (recrutement, évaluation, formation, congés et absences).
- Participer à la réflexion thématique interne et à la mise en œuvre d’actions collectives.
- Contribuer à désamorcer les tensions avec les usagers dans le cadre de l’accueil du public.
- Connaître les politiques d’action sociale du département et les prestations de la MDS.
- Connaître la législation relevant de son domaine d’intervention.
- Maîtriser les techniques de management (animation, négociation, délégation).
- Gérer les échéances de l’activité d’évaluation des informations préoccupantes.
- Garantir la qualité des interventions et la transversalité au sein de la MDS.
- Développer les relations avec les partenaires et savoir se positionner.
