Fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical manager / quality control manager to learn about and work with Artisan cheese plus a large range of other artisan products. Applicant would be the technical lead for all matters on compliance, quality control and food safety, with the freedom to adapt and improve systems where required. Opportunities to innovate and lead your own projects which would benefit the business. Ideal for someone with manufacturing or retail experience who wishes to work and learn in a new sector.
You will be responsible for overseeing technical matters for 4 sites including the wholesale warehouse, and 3 retail units / restaurants.
