Test Manager

Test Manager – Hybrid (3 days a week London) – £550 to £575 per day outside IR35

La Fosse are currently seeking an experienced Test Manager to support a large-scale transformation programme within the retail/hospitality space. You’ll be shaping and driving the testing strategy in a fast-paced, vendor-heavy environment — ideal for someone who’s confident in leading from the front, guiding others, and holding third parties accountable.

Key responsibilities:

• Experience managing testing within large change or transformation programmes
• Strong background in retail, hospitality, or food & beverage systems
• Ability to drive testing where most of the hands-on is vendor-led
• Comfortable advising and bringing in internal resources for UAT and test support
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
• Any test automation experience is a huge bonus (even strategic/oversight level)
• Proven track record of managing third-party vendors
