TMO Test Manager – £80K – Hybrid (3 days a week in office) – London

Please note: This role does not offer sponsorship; therefore, candidates must have valid authorization to work in the UK.

This will be a highly process oriented role, therefore the right candidate will be very strong/able to demonstrate a good track record of implementing process and test governance.

You will be working closely with the Service Delivery team, ensuring there is the right layer of governance going in place as they roll off key projects and into BAU. You will have a strong understanding of how to engage with other areas of the business and the nuances of change, as well as being adept at identifying/implementing process for new streams of work as they arise.

Key abilities

  • Ability to create QA governance frameworks to ensure requisite quality control and transparency
  • Ability to establish and manage effective engagement activity with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to act as the key point of contact for all internal and external stakeholder queries concerning the Test & QA Centre of Excellence
  • Ability to report progress against Quality KPI’s and forecast quality trends
  • Ability to foster and maintain effective relationships with internal and external management teams

Essential Skillsets

  • Demonstrable experience of establishing robust enterprise-wide test and QA governance frameworks in a regulated environment
  • Demonstrable experience of managing resource demand, capacity and utilisation in a transformational environment
  • Experience of technology risk management and control
  • Experience of compliance and audit processes and activity
  • Experience of working with senior internal and external stakeholders
