Technical Business Analyst – Intranet & Internal Comms Project
6 months | £450/day (Outside IR35) | Hybrid (2 days/week in Covent Garden)
I\’m looking to connect with a Technical Business Analyst who’s delivered a modern intranet or employee experience platform – someone who knows how to gather business needs, shape delivery, and support change in a decentralised organisation.
You’ll be joining a well-established programme within a large gaming organisation going through transformation – and you’ll be key to translating stakeholder requirements into a platform that genuinely improves internal comms and engagement.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Gathering and analysing business requirements
- Partnering with internal comms teams, tech leads, and external vendors
- Supporting delivery of a modern intranet platform
- Helping the organisation adopt new ways of working via improved digital employee experience
- Driving progress across multiple workstreams and reporting into senior stakeholders
Experience we’re looking for:
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with intranet solutions or internal comms platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ideally: experience with Unily or similar platforms, M365 tools, and change management
- Bonus points if you\’ve worked in education or a decentralised model
This is a hybrid contract – 2 days per week onsite in Covent Garden , rest remote. £450/day Outside IR35 . Initial 6-month engagement with scope to extend.
