Your Role as an SDET

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) , you will play a crucial role in designing and developing automated and manual test cases for real-time embedded applications running on a Linux OS platform .

What You’ll Do

• Work within a cross-functional Agile Scrum team alongside an international group of software developers and test engineers (both onsite and remote).

• Develop and execute tests using various methodologies, including functional, end-to-end, regression, and exploratory testing .

• Identify and report defects in JIRA , ensuring software quality and reliability.

• Solve complex problems and develop innovative testing solutions to enhance product performance and security.

What We’re Looking For

• A STEM degree (or equivalent work experience).

• Proficiency in automated UI-driven test development using a high-level scripting or programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc. ).

• Experience in software test development within the SDLC .

• Familiarity with CI/CD environments (preferred but not required).
