Solution Architect – Finance Domain

We\’re partnered with an international insurance firm to recruit a Solution Architect to lead on their finance transformation programme. Working closely with the Finance Director, this role will be instrumental in designing solutions that streamline finance operations, enhance regulatory compliance, and modernise data capabilities.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

• Designing solutions to support a 5-day financial close.
• Improve regulatory frameworks and reduce manual adjustments.
• Develop a strategic finance data store for enhanced reporting and insights.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including the CFO and Head of Change (Financial Controller).

What We\’re Looking For:

• Experienced Solution Architect with a background in finance transformation.
• Proven expertise in finance data warehousing and shared financial model solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake (essential) and finance applications
• Strong stakeholder management – comfortable challenging senior leaders when needed.
