Within this team you will be working on the development of exciting greenfield projects using innovative technologies.

Day to Day Work:

As a Software Engineer you will need to be a dynamic, hands-on technical innovator at the heart of product development. In this role, you will leverage deep technical expertise to build, iterate, and optimize high-quality, scalable software solutions

• Transform innovative ideas into production-ready systems that are both robust and user-centric
• Engage in data-driven experimentation to identify technical bottlenecks and optimize system performance
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and operations teams. Participate in design reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions
• Write, review, and debug code to implement and enhance product features. Maintain high engineering standards
• Run rigorous experiments and tests to ensure the system’s performance and scalability

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience with modern frameworks and tools such as Python, React, Next.js, MySQL, Django, and Git (3-5 Years’ commercial experience)
• Experience with modern AI toolchains (including LLMs)
• Prior experience in an agile, fast-moving AI startup or product environment where you served as a lead technical resource
• A strong understanding of AI-driven product development, with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered applications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of holding meaningful technical conversations
