Full Stack Engineer (LLMs, Full-Stack, TypeScript/Python)
- Remote (UK based), £60,000–£90,000 + Equity
A VC-backed, fast-growing AI company (Series A, £20M raised) is now building a new R&D-style engineering team to move faster, ship cutting-edge features, and explore next-generation AI agent products.
With strong early revenue and commercial validation, the company has planned to create an engineering function into two focused tracks: a Core Engineering Team and a new Labs Team designed for high-velocity prototyping and creative product development.
They’re now looking to hire a Full Stack Engineer to help push the boundaries of what\’s possible with LLMs and intelligent systems.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with technical founders, contribute to a well-funded product with real users, and help shape the future of how AI agents support real-world businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Stack Development:
Work across the stack with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Python to deliver rapid iterations of new features. You’ll build, test, and deploy agentic tools that make an impact from day one.
Prototype & Ship Fast:
This is not a long-roadmap environment—you’ll be expected to move quickly, solve problems independently, and get working code into users’ hands. You’ll experiment, build, and repeat.
LLM Integration:
Use tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and other frameworks to bring natural language interfaces to life. A genuine interest in this space is more important than formal experience—but previous hands-on work with LLMs is a big plus.
Collaborate in Ambiguity:
You’ll be comfortable figuring things out as you go, navigating fast-changing priorities, and working in a team where initiative and curiosity are valued more than rigid processes.
What They’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in a full-stack environment, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong with TypeScript , React , Next.js , and Python .
- Worked on or explored LLMs, AI agents, or NLP tools .
- Side projects, GitHub repos, or a track record of self-initiated work is a major plus.
- Experience in a start-up/working in a fast-paced business.
- Someone who loves building, whether that’s tools, features, or experiments, and thrives in a high-trust, high-autonomy team.
- Excellent communicator, especially in remote-first settings.
- No requirement for formal education—but we’re especially interested in people who are clearly passionate about this space (active in the tech community, building in public, etc.).
Why Join?
- Be part of an early-stage Labs team working on the bleeding edge of AI.
- Work remotely, with occasional team hackathons.
- Help shape a brand-new product category using LLMs and agentic technology.
- Join a small, highly technical team that loves what they do.
This role is ideal for creative, ambitious engineers who care about outcomes and who want to build things that actually get used. If you\’re excited by AI, love learning, and want to move fast, you’ll fit right in.
