Location: London (Mainly remote)
Rate: up to £650 per day - Inside IR35.
We’re supporting a leading financial services organisation as they embark on a global greenfield implementation of ServiceNow, transitioning from Cherwell in a complex, highly regulated environment. Rare opportunity to be part of a full-scale, end-to-end platform transformation – establishing a truly enterprise-grade ServiceNow capability from the ground up. The programme is fully funded and globally backed, with senior sponsorship and a clear roadmap to drive innovation and maturity across ITSM, ITOM, and beyond.
We’re looking for professionals with experience in:
- Leading or delivering greenfield ServiceNow implementations
- Migrating from Cherwell (or similar platforms) to ServiceNow
- Working within the financial services sector or other regulated environments
- Building out ServiceNow capability across ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogue, Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and beyond
- Driving process and tooling alignment across global regions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Business Operations
