Product Owner – Greater London
Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus
Join a major UK organisation undergoing a once in a generation transformation to modernise one of the country’s most recognisable public services – delivering better experiences for customers, retailers, and good causes.
They are looking for a Product Owner to head the technology team behind the customer and retailer care platforms. You’ll work with internal stakeholders and external partners to manage and evolve key systems including AWS Connect, ServiceNow, and OpenText – ensuring they are secure, compliant, and meet changing business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the roadmap for care technology platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with third-party vendors
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, security, and regulatory standards
- Support service operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
- Knowledge of customer service and call centre technologies
- Experience with AWS Connect, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
- Understanding of GDPR and ITIL-based service management
- Strong communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills
