Hertfordshire (3 days a week)
Up to £85,000 + Bonus + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

What you will be doing:
- Defining and owning the strategic roadmap for ServiceNow
- Acting as the single point of contact for platform priorities and outcomes
- Translating business needs into a clear and manageable backlog
- Working closely with delivery teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Driving adoption and ongoing improvement across ITSM, with future potential in HR, CSM, and other business areas
- Ensuring value is delivered at every stage of platform development
What you will bring:
- Experience as a ServiceNow Product Owner or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, ideally within ITSM
- A track record of aligning technical capability with business objectives
- The ability to build trusted relationships across technology and the wider organisation
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
